Lisel Thomas

Lisel Thomas is an urban planner with over 20 years' experience working for both local Councils and State Government. For 10 years she worked for the Victorian Planning Authority where she focused on planning for community infrastructure, including government and non government schools. Lisel is now working with the Department of Education and Training in Victoria where she is central to future planning and demand forecasting for schools. Lisel is an expert on planning for growing communities, and has real practical insight in the challenges of meeting demand for schools in greenfields, regional towns and established urban areas.
