2020 Mayfielders
16 Jun 2020
After a delayed start, our 2020 Mayfielders are ready to get started!
Working with our provocateurs, NoTosh, the team will be exploring how we encourage, embrace and celebrate curiosity in learning environments. Particularly we will be exploring how curiosity is integrated into learning and spaces in a post-covid world. Relating to these new requirements, Learning Environments Australasia is running the Mayfield Project 2020 events as a series of an online discussions and whiteboard sharing and we are looking forward to what we learn from this different experience.
We are excited to have architects, analysts, teachers, coordinators, project managers, officers and landscape architects sharing their voices and expanding on the decades-long tradition of Mayfielders analysing and sharing current issues with our membership. The breadth and variation in experience of our Mayfielders has always been a strength in sharing explorations with our broader membership. Geographically, this year’s collaborators are from the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia. We are looking forward to the future few months working with this diverse group of early career professionals, and finding out what they bring to this year’s topic. Stay tuned for further updates over the next six months.
