๐๐โฆ..2023, thatโs a wrap!
15 Dec 2023
As we approach the end of 2023, I am thrilled to reflect on the incredible journey we've had together as a community. It has been a year filled with accomplishments, growth and the shared passion we all have for creating innovative learning environments.
Throughout the year, Learning Environments Australasia has witnessed remarkable success and progress. Our members, non-members, supporters, sponsors and the broader community have played an integral role in making 2023 a memorable and impactful year for all professionals within our region. From our Regional and Chapter events to collaborative initiatives, the commitment and enthusiasm displayed by the LEA community has been truly inspiring.
We are delighted to report that LEA has achieved numerous milestones, thanks to the dedication of our members and the unwavering support from our supporters and sponsors. The collaborative spirit within LEA has been evident at every turn and it is heartening to see so many professionals actively participating in our events, sharing insights and contributing to the discourse on learning environments.
In 2024, we are poised for even greater heights. LEA has exciting plans in the pipeline, with initiatives that promise to further elevate the quality of educational spaces across our region. The enthusiasm and engagement of our community have set the stage for another action-packed year ahead and we cannot wait to embark on this journey together. If you haven't already mark your calendars for May 15-17 2024, to attend our 22nd Annual Regional Conference AMPLIFY at the stunning Centrepiece Melbourne. This conference will sell out. The only way to guarantee your registration for the conference is to complete the EOI to attend, as you will then receive pre-sale early bird conference registration access BEFORE registrations opens to LEA members.
As we approach the festive season, I would like to extend warm wishes to each and every member of the LEA community. May this holiday season be a time of joy, reflection and rejuvenation. Take the opportunity to spend quality time with your loved ones, recharge your spirits, stay safe in your travels and embrace the moments of peace and happiness that the season brings.
Please note that the LEA office will be closed from 4 pm on Thursday 22 December 2023 and will reopen on Monday 8 January 2024. Our dedicated staff will be taking some well-deserved downtime to recharge their batteries, ensuring they return in the new year with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
In closing, I want to express our deepest gratitude to the entire LEA community for your ongoing support throughout 2023. Your commitment to advancing learning environments has been the driving force behind our success and we are excited to continue this journey together in 2024.
Wishing you a safe, happy, and healthy festive season. Daniel Smith, Chair
