Join the ILETC Project’s school principals survey
24 Oct 2016
The ILETC research project being conducted by the Learning Environments and Applied Research Network at the University of Melbourne is currently conducting an extensive survey of school principals to identify what types of learning spaces are in schools and how teachers are using them.
The survey is being targeted at the government schools across New Zealand and in Australian states of NSW, QLD and ACT, as well as all schools in the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.
Schools involved in the survey may have the opportunity to be involved in further project activities. This survey will collect data that is not currently available and which is vital to a greater understanding of how learning spaces in schools affect outcomes for students. The data will be used to inform development of policy and pedagogy and have practical implications for school design and teacher professional development.
The survey is very brief and only takes 5-7 minutes and is open from now until 9 December 2016. All principals in the target schools are encouraged to complete the survey.
