Be the Lens that Captures our Legacy
Calling All Creatives: EOI's now open for a Special Archiving Project
This year Learning Environments Australasia celebrates its 25th birthday, we’re looking back at the people, places and pivotal moments that shaped us, and we need your help to capture it.
We are seeking an experienced creative or production team to bring our story to life through a collection of short, cinematic video testimonials. and a 'feature story' of about 8 - 12 minutes. This archiving and celebration project will showcase the personal reflections of a diverse mix of LEA members and highlight the impact the organisation has made across Australasia over the past 25 years.
What's Involved?
The project will involve creating a series of 10 - 15 short video interviews with members from the LEA community, including:
- Members from our current Executive and Council
- Several Life Members
- Longstanding and active contributors from across the region
Participants will share how LEA has influenced their careers, perspectives, and professional journeys - from conference experiences and committee involvement, to the friendships and ideas that have endured.
LEA Will Provide
- A list of participants, located throughout Australasia
- Archival B-roll footage and photographs from past events
- Branding assets and creative direction
Videos will be filmed in response to a set of pre-pared questions - no interviewer will need to be visible or heard. Final video to be delivered in a 16:9, MP4, 2k (or higher) format. The video will be premiered at the 2025 Regional Day Out.
This is a remote project and you can be located anywhere throughout Australasia!
Project Timeline
- EOI Closes: 12pm Wednesday 27 August 2025
- Project Delivery: 12pm Thursday 23 October 2025
We are looking for someone with the vision, technical skills and sensitivity to curate something truly special - a time capsule of the people and stories that have helped make LEA what it is today.
