EMPOWER – 2026 Regional Day Out (RDO) Registrations Open

Learning Environments Australasia is proud to announce that registrations are now open for the highly anticipated 2026 Regional Day Out – EMPOWER, taking place on Friday 20 November 2026 in Nipaluna | Hobart, on Lutruwita Country.

Bringing together educators, architects, designers, policy leaders, business managers and industry professionals from across Australasia, EMPOWER will explore how wellbeing, inclusion and design can transform learning environments and positively impact learners, educators and communities.

Set against Tasmania’s remarkable natural and cultural landscape, delegates will experience a dynamic one day program designed to challenge thinking, spark meaningful conversations and inspire practical change.

From thought provoking keynote presentations and interactive workshops to immersive learning tours and networking opportunities, the event promises fresh perspectives and powerful takeaways for anyone passionate about the future of education spaces.

This year’s program features exclusive access to some of Hobart’s most innovative learning and cultural environments, including UTAS’ The Hedberg and The Forest, alongside a curated selection of learning tours across the city.

For the first time ever, LEA is offering an Early Bird registration rate, closing at 11:55pm Tuesday 11 August 2026.

Early Bird delegates will also receive exclusive priority access to book their preferred learning tour before selections open to standard delegates - a major advantage, with tour capacities expected to fill quickly.
