Agenda Learning Environments Annual General Meeting No 7

The seventh Annual General Meeting of Learning Environments Australasia Ltd (formerly CEFPI) will be held at the National Wine Centre, Corner Hackney and Botanic Road Adelaide, SA 50 on Friday 4 November 2016 at 4pm ACDT.

The meeting follows the Regional Day Out -  2016 STEM: Challenging & Inspiring

BUSINESS

a)    Confirmation of the Minutes of Sixth AGM held on Friday 20 November 2015 at Green Auditorium, UTS,  corner of Jones & Thomas Streets, Ultimo, Sydney

b)    Receipt and Adoption of Reports

c)    Receipt and Adoption of the Accounts for the period ending 30 June 2016

d)    The Appointment of the Auditor

e)    Fixing of Auditors Remuneration

f)     Election for the position of Chair-Elect, Treasurer and Secretary 2017 to 2019

VOTING RIGHTS

All members are entitled to be present at the venue and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

PROXIES

Any member entitled to vote may appoint another member to vote as Proxy

A proxy form is to be completed by the member and emailed to Learning Environments Administrator admin@a4le.org.au  by Wednesday 2 November 2016
