NOTICE OF INAUGURAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the inaugural Annual General Meeting of CEFPI New Zealand will be held at Jasmax, 2 Marston Street, Parnell, Auckland on Tuesday 10th November 2015 at 5:00pm.
Please register your intent to attend the Annual General Meeting by emailing the Cefpi NZ Administrator
CEFPI NZ is extending our invitation to attend our AGM to all who would like to become more involved with CEFPI.
If you are interested in becoming part of the Cefpi family, don't hesitate – act now! For a friendly chat about what might be involved, please contact either;

AGENDA
Final agenda will be sent out to registered attendees on Tuesday 20th October 2015.
a) Receipt and Adoption of Reports
b) Receipt and Adoption of the Accounts for the period ending 30 June 2015
c) Election for the Position of Chair-Elect 2015 – 2017
d) Election for the General Committee Members 2015 – 2017.
e) General Business
GENERAL BUSINESS
Please submit all matters for General Business to the CEFPI NZ Administrator no later than COB Friday 16th October 2015.
Note that only matters previously submitted for the Agenda will be dealt with at the AGM.
VOTING RIGHTS
All active members are entitled to be present at the venue and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
PROXIES
Any member entitled to vote may appoint another member to vote as proxy.
A proxy form is to be completed by the member and emailed to the CEFPI NZ Administrator by Friday 16th October 2015.
NOMINATIONS
Each 2015 – 2017 committee candidate nomination will be proposed in writing on the appropriate form by at least three members, together with the nominee's written consent.
Nomination forms are to be completed by members and emailed to the CEFPI NZ Administrator by Monday 2nd November 2015.
The CEFPI New Zealand administrator can assist with information and additional signatures required to complete nomination forms.
