As a seasoned Senior Project Leader and Design Architect, Belinda brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for sustainability to the field. With a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from RMIT, Belinda is a registered architect with a commitment to excellence. Since 2002, she has demonstrated leadership in environmentally sustainable design, specialising in stakeholder engagement and urban design. Belinda's strengths lie in client-focused approaches, team leadership and conducting feasibility studies across various sectors including dementia care, education, government and public architecture. With a proven track record of managing projects of up to $130 million in scale, Belinda excels in all aspects of the design process, from concept workshops to construction administration. As an Associate at Henderson + Lodge, she continues to shape innovative and sustainable architectural solutions, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in Victoria and beyond.
