Rua has held senior roles at Das Studio, Hames Sharley, Webber Australia, and Fitzpatrick + Partners, earning a strong reputation for leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects. Her work is grounded in design quality, cultural understanding, and creating spaces that support communities.
