The Mayfield Project 2023 Cohort present its groundbreaking Authentic Engagement Toolkit at the highly anticipated 21st Annual Regional Conference re:Activate – generating a city of learning in New Zealand in May 2023. This year’s provocation centrered on promoting Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) in Learning Environments and answered the question: “How can we create Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) for all in both physical and educational design?” In response to the research provocation, 2023 Mayfielders developed a comprehensive toolkit to empower designers and educators to authentically engage with local communities to promote JEDI outcomes, you can find out more about The Mayfield Project and the Authentic Engagement Tool via: www.learningenvironments.org.au/mayfield
