Notice is hereby given that the tenth Annual General Meeting of Learning Environments Australasia Ltd will be held in the Attenborough Room, Adelaide Zoo (located on Frome Road) Adelaide on Friday 15 November 2019 at 4.30pm ACST following the Regional Day Out.

Please submit all matters for General Business no later than COB Friday 1 November 2019

Note that only matters previously submitted for the Agenda will be dealt with at the AGM.

Confirmation of the Minutes of Ninth AGM held on Friday 16 November 2018 at South Melbourne Primary School, 129 Ferrars Street, Southbank Melbourne VIC 3006

a)    Receipt and Adoption of Reports

b)    Receipt and Adoption of the Accounts for the period ending 30 June 2019

c)    The Appointment of the Auditor

d)    Fixing of Auditors Remuneration

e)    Life Membership

f)     General Business

VOTING RIGHTS

All members are entitled to be present at the venue and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

PROXIES

Any member entitled to vote may appoint another member to vote as Proxy

A proxy form is to be completed by the member and emailed to Learning Environments Administrator admin@a4le.org.au  by 8 November 2019
