Notice of LEA Annual General Meeting No 8

Notice is hereby given that the eighth Annual General Meeting of Learning Environments Australasia Ltd will be held at the Centenary Library Complex (Room CL204) Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) Oaklands Parade, East Brisbane QLD 4169 at 4.45pm AEST.

Please submit all matters for General Business no later than COB Friday 27 October 2017. Note that only matters previously submitted for the Agenda will be dealt with at the AGM.

BUSINESS

a)    Confirmation of the Minutes of Seventh AGM held on Friday 4 November 2016 at National Wine Centre, corner Hackney and Botanic Road, Adelaide SA 5000

b)    Receipt and Adoption of Reports

c)    Receipt and Adoption of the Accounts for the period ending 30 June 2017

d)    The Appointment of the Auditor

e)    Fixing of Auditors Remuneration

f)     Life Membership

g)    General Business 

VOTING RIGHTS

All members are entitled to be present at the venue and vote at the Annual General Meeting. 

PROXIES

Any member entitled to vote may appoint another member to vote as Proxy

A proxy form is to be completed by the member and emailed to Learning Environments Administrator admin@a4le.org.au  by Wednesday 8 November 2017
