NSW Chapter E-SEPP Review

Recently the NSW Chapter met to discuss the recent changes to the Education SEPP (E-SEPP) which has affected all planning approvals for NSW schools.
We were joined by leading town planners, lawyers and Dept. of Planning representatives to hear their take on the opportunities and constraints that present to us in the planning pathways.
