Special General Meeting – Name Change

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of CEFPI Australasia Ltd will be held at 39 Elgin Road Beechworth, VIC 3747 and online* on Tuesday 15 December 2015 at 5pm AEDT.
The Business of the meeting is the proposed change to name: 'That the company CEFPI Australasia Ltd change its name to Association for Learning Environments Australasia Ltd.’
VOTING RIGHTS
All members are entitled to be present at the venues* provided by each Chapter and vote at the Special General Meeting.
PROXIES
Any member entitled to vote may appoint another member to vote as Proxy if unable to attend.
A proxy form (download) is to be completed by the member and emailed to CEFPI AUSTRALASIA LTD Administrator admin@cefpi.org.au by COB Monday 14 December 2015
* Venues will be available in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, New Zealand & Canberra for Chapter members to participate online. Locations to be advised shortly.
