VIC Chapter – 2025 Calendar Launch Success!
22 Mar 2025
The Victorian Chapter's first event was a great success. Held on a clear and sunny day, the Beer Garden at The Empress Hotel provided a perfect backdrop for socialising in a casual and inviting atmosphere.
With 30 attendees, including both members and non-members of LEV, the event brought together a diverse group eager to engage in conversation and share insights. The key highlight of the day was the launch of our eagerly anticipated 2025 Events Calendar.
The enthusiasm for the upcoming year at LEV was palpable. Attendees shared their excitement for the year’s upcoming events, with many looking forward to the site visit to Mornington Peninsula, the Moonee Ponds Primary School site visit, the 3001 Brisbane conference, and the post-conference pub chat.
This enthusiasm was captured in our Instagram reel, where attendees were asked, "What event are you most looking forward to in 2025?"
“I’m pretty excited about the whole calendar. To be honest, it’s probably a toss up between the road trip (which is always super fun) and the post-conference event, but I’m very keen to see how it turns out.”
“I’m really excited for the Moonee Ponds Primary School site visit in August.”
“I’m really looking forward to the road trips. I love a good road trip and I’m really interested to hear about Rosebud and all their educational stuff that they’ve got going on there.”
“It would have to be the LEA 3001 Conference, so, very excited! It’s going to be at Brisbane, so hoping to see a lot of case studies there as well as catch up with industry.”
