2021 LEA Awards – judging now underway!

After an extension, the submission date for LEA regional awards finally closed on 26 March. There are a total of 83 entries into the awards across the eight categories this year. A big thank you to the entrants and good luck! The first round of judging is currently underway.
This year there were a record number of EOI received from people volunteering to be a judge. Many thanks to the 39 people who volunteered for this duty.
Jury selections were made based on diversity but also to include a mix of experienced and "new" judges to the Learning Environments Australasia Awards - which is not reflected in this information.
Of the 39 volunteers who expressed an interest in judging, there were 15 women and 24 men. The following breaks down the location of the volunteers and their professional background/interest:

The preparation of the Award publication featuring all the entries โ 2021 Contemporary Learning Spaces is also underway. As is the preparation for the conference and awards presentation evening.
