2026 Life Membership and Chapter Honours Nominations Open
13 Jul 2026
Learning Environments Australasia (LEA) is proud to invite nominations for two of our most prestigious member recognition programs: Life Membership and Chapter Honours.
These awards recognise the outstanding volunteers whose dedication, leadership and long-standing commitment have helped shape LEA and strengthen our community across Australasia. Whether at a Chapter level or across the entire organisation, these honours celebrate those who have generously contributed their time, expertise and passion to advancing learning environments and supporting the growth of LEA.
Nominations close 4pm (AEDST/Vic Time) Sunday 25 October 2026.

Chapter Honours Nominations
The LEA Chapter Honours Program recognises members whose exceptional service, leadership and long-standing commitment have made a lasting impact within their local Chapter and the broader LEA community. As one of LEA's highest Chapter-level recognitions, Chapter Honours celebrate volunteers who have gone above and beyond through years of dedicated service, leadership and contribution to advancing learning environments.
Recipients are selected through a rigorous nomination and assessment process, reflecting the importance and prestige of the award. Chapter Honours recipients receive:
- A certificate and citation

- If a recipient is unable to attend the AGM, their Chapter Chair or Chapter representative will accept the award on their behalf, with formal recognition taking place at a Chapter event.
