Mrugaja Karandikar

Mrugaja Karandikar is a Graduate of Architecture with a passion for people-centred, community focused design. With experience across institutional, residential, and healthcare settings, she has contributed to numerous government and independent education projects across NSW. She brings a detail oriented approach supported by strong capability in Revit, ArchiCAD, and leading visualisation tools. At Fulton Trotter Architects, Mrugaja has supported major education and public sector projects, including NSW Department of Education upgrades, St John Bosco College, OneSchool Global Illawarra, St Mary’s Cathedral College, and Armidale Hospital. Her work spans early concepts through detailed design, documentation, and site coordination. Collaborative and client-focused, Mrugaja is committed to sustainable design, continual skill development, and delivering environments that enhance community wellbeing. As Treasurer of the NSW Chapter, she brings diligence, enthusiasm, and a commitment to supporting future focused learning spaces.
