We are thrilled to announce some exciting news that will significantly enhance your experience with Learning Environments Australasia. After listening to your valuable feedback and recognising the need for upgrades to our existing member portal, we are excited to implement a brand-new system.
Our new members portal comes with a range of features and capabilities that our previous system lacked, ensuring a more streamlined and secure experience. We are confident that these improvements will greatly benefit all our members.
Temporary Inaccessibility of Wild Apricot
During this transition, our existing members portal, Wild Apricot, will be temporarily inaccessible. This downtime is necessary to ensure a smooth migration of all your information to our new system. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
Introducing Our New Members Portal
Once the transition is complete, our new members portal will offer a host of improvements and features designed to make your interactions with us more efficient and enjoyable. Here are some key changes to be aware of:
- Membership Number Requirement: your membership number will now be essential for all purchases and transactions.
- Enhanced Security: we are implementing two-factor authentication (2FA) to comply with current security measures. This will require additional information such as your date of birth (day and month only) and personal email address.
Updating Your Membership Information
As soon as the new portal is live, you will receive an email prompting you to review and update your membership details. Please take a moment to ensure that the following information is correct:
- Membership Bundle: confirm that your membership bundle category accurately reflects the number of members you have.
- Account Contact: verify that the account contact details are correct.
- Coordinator Contact: ensure the coordinator contact information is accurate.
- Contact Information: check that all contact details, including name, email, company, and phone number, are up to date.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For added security, each member account will need to provide:
- Personal Email: this will be required for authentication purposes.
- Date of Birth: only the day and month will be necessary.
