Freemans Bay Primary School (pictured above): The building proposes a solution type of architecture that inspires learning & promotes the fulfillment of potential in the local rangatahi (younger generation/youth). The new school provides spaces which can be utilised by both the school and the community alike.
Westmere Primary School: In 2015, Westmere School was redeveloped to remove unsuitable buildings and significantly increase capacity at the coeducational school for Year 1 to 6 students. . The building form allowed natural light and ventilation into learning spaces whilst reducing overall scale and allowing visual connection between the street and school interior.
Join us for a day that will animate and amplify the understanding of how quality learning spaces can be utilised and designed as an effective stage for the growth of the whole community.
