University of Adelaide’s Learning Hub
23 Sep 2011
Hub Central, the new 'front door' to the University of Adelaide, will provide:
- An initial point of contact and first port of call for all our students,a wide range of informal learning spaces that foster social learning
- A central area on the North Terrace Campus for ongoing student-focused technology and support services
- In the future there will be a staged implementation of the exciting retail offer in the Hub, including a cafe, a deli, a convenience store and a post office.
- The plan is to have Hub Central fully operational and accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for all students and staff from 2012. In addition, the 2012 Academic year will see a range of events take place in designated areas within the Hub, which will bring the outside community in and help further develop the vibrant community life on this Campus
