At Learning Environments Australasia (LEA), we are always striving to enhance our communication with you. As part of this commitment and in response to our members request, we are implementing our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

As part of this, we have commencing using 'Zoho Backstage' for our Events and 'Zoho Campaigns' for our Newsletters and Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs).

While these advancements help us provide a more streamlined and cohesive experience, they might also lead to some unintended issues. Specifically, there's a chance that our emails could be mistakenly flagged as spam by your organisation's email servers.

This could result in important communications from us being redirected to your spam or junk folders.

But don't worry—there's a simple solution!
To ensure you continue receiving all our updates, event notifications, invoices, membership renewals and other vital information, we ask that you "Whitelist" our email addresses. This quick and easy process ensures that our emails land directly in your inbox.

To help you with this, we've prepared some Whitelist Instructions containing a comprehensive list of all LEA email addresses and step-by-step instructions on how to Whitelist them using popular email programs like Outlook, Gmail and more.
